Most Tailormade Jeans Wear custom made orders will be produced and shipped within 2 to 3 weeks of receiving your order or you will be notified of the delay should you wish to cancel your order.

You can check the status of your order at any time. Contact Us or phone or fax our customer service team. Please note that we are open Monday - Friday between 8am – 5pm except Mauritius public holidays. Our customer service team will make every effort to reply to your questions or comments within 24 hours except on weekends.

Delivery

We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).

In future we will endeavour to provide alternate delivery methods so that you have a "cost" and "speed" alternative but these will be subject to change.
