At Tailormade Jeanswear we want you to be happy each time you shop with us. We offer you “Satisfaction Guaranteed” quality standards in addition to your automatic right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000. This means that if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can cancel the order and return it to us within 7 daysafter delivery.
In order to return the product please e-mail info(at)tailormade-jeanswear.com and advise us of the problem. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense and collect packages will not be accepted. Please enclose a note showing your name, the date of order, and the order number. Wrap the package securely and send by post or courier to our Customer Service Team at the address below. Mark the package clearly ‘Customer Return’.
Once we receive the return we will offer you a choice of:
- A prompt replacement with the problem corrected.
- An alternative item of the same value.
- A full refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. Our products are made to order in your measurements so we do not re-stock but will dispose at our convenience.
